Using heavy planetary grinding machinery with full dust extraction, we grind concrete floors flat, smooth and safe — across warehouses, factories, retail fit-outs and commercial buildings throughout Ireland.

An uneven floor is more than an inconvenience. Lipped joints and high spots are documented trip hazards and a genuine liability exposure; racking installers and VNA (very narrow aisle) systems demand flatness tolerances that many older slabs simply don’t meet; and floor finishes — vinyl, tiles, thin resin coatings — mercilessly telegraph every hump and ridge in the slab beneath them. Grinding is almost always the fastest, cleanest and most economical fix: rather than building the low areas up with screed, we take the high areas down.

How Much Can Grinding Correct?

More than most people expect. Localised high spots and joint lips of several millimetres grind out routinely; larger undulations are mapped with straight-edge and level surveys, then ground in controlled passes until tolerance is met. During your free survey we measure the floor, tell you exactly what grinding can and cannot correct, and — where a slab genuinely needs screeding instead — we say so and price both honestly.

All grinding runs on HEPA-extracted machinery, so levelling work proceeds in occupied buildings and operating facilities across Dublin — overnight, weekends, or aisle-by-aisle around your racking and production. Trip hazard works in public-facing premises are typically completed outside opening hours and handed back the same day.
