We set high-strength steel bars in resin across the crack at engineered intervals, mechanically locking both sides of the slab together so the crack can no longer move, open or spread.

Concrete cracks because it moves — through shrinkage, settlement, overloading or failed joints — and no filler on its own can restrain a moving slab. Our Floor Stitching Process

Crack assessment — We inspect the crack’s width, depth, movement and cause at your Dublin site, and we confirm whether stitching is the right specification.
Cutting the stitch slots — We saw-cut slots across the crack at engineered intervals, perpendicular to the crack line.
Installing the stitches — We bed high-tensile steel bars into each slot in structural resin, locking the slab sections together.
Filling the crack — We clean and open the crack, then fill it with rigid structural resin to restore load transfer along its full length.
Finishing flush — We grind the repairs level through our floor grinding service, leaving the floor ready for traffic — or for coating — typically the same day.
