Our Shot Blasting Process

Floor assessment — We inspect your Dublin slab’s condition, existing coatings and contamination, and confirm shot blasting is the right preparation method (and tell you if it isn’t).
Setup and protection — Work areas sectioned, adjacent zones protected, machines and extraction positioned.
Blasting — The floor is blasted in controlled passes to the specified profile, with shot and dust recovered continuously.
Edge work and detailing — Perimeters, corners and around fixed plant finished by diamond grinding for complete, uniform preparation.
