Our industrial planetary grinders, fitted with diamond-segment tooling and HEPA-filtered dust extraction, strip away coatings, adhesives, contamination and weak surface layers with millimetre control, leaving a clean, keyed substrate ready for whatever comes next: epoxy, screed, tiles, polish or paint.

Where shot blasting is the fast tool for big open slabs, diamond grinding is the precise one — and often the only one that works. Thick tile adhesives, flexible glues, old epoxy resin, bitumen residues and paint build-ups that blasting skips over, grinding removes completely. It also reaches the places blasting can’t: edges, corners, doorways, around machine bases and up to walls.

Uncontrolled concrete grinding fills a building with hazardous silica dust. Every grinder we run in Dublin is coupled to industrial HEPA-filtered extraction with pre-separation, capturing dust at the tool — which protects your people and premises, and lets us grind in occupied offices, retail units, food facilities and live warehouses without contamination or deep-clean bills.

Grinding — Planetary machines work main areas; hand and edge grinders finish perimeters, corners and details for uniform preparation everywhere.
